- Unsweetened tea (artificial sweetener if desired)
SAMPLE DINNER
- 4 oz Baked Chicken
- 1 cup Mashed Potatoes
- 1 cup Green Beans
- 1 cup Sugar free Jello
- Sugar free Lemonade
